The site allocated for the construction of planned microdistrict, settles down in territory free from building and adjoining directly to the sea. From the point of view of functional zoning, the territory shares on zones: - Road zone - along Lenin's street; - Resort - along Ivan Golubtsa's street; - Park - directly adjoining to the embankment running lengthways the sea. The composite center of a lay-out of area is Saint Vladimir's temple with the developed park zone. The transport scheme of microdistrict is designed according the existing building which surround the area. From Lenin's street, to the direction to the sea, projected pavements which come to an end with the equipped descents to the sea. |

Housing capacity of planned microdistrict will include multi-storey houses (303 506 m2 total area of apartments) and the blocked buildings (44 352 m2 total area of apartments). Within the bounds of realization of the project construction of following objects of social and cultural and community service of the population is planned: - Kindergartens (for 800 places), - Schools (for 1500 places), - Polyclinics (for 440 visitings in a change) |
