Project essence A number of measures on improvement of the territory is planned: - fencing of the recreational zone on all perimetre; - organization of the automobile parking zone on 5 parking stalls, entrances, approaches, paths; - allocation of a children's playground; - gardening free from building and coverings of territory by a planting of trees and bushes, establishment of grassplot; - installation of arbors.

Project capacity On the given land plot is planning to allocate 15 log – houses: - 10 houses of the economy class – 50 m2; - 5 houses of the first class – 150 m2; cafe of the summer type on 30 seats; - administrative building, including office facilities; - auxiliary constrctions.
