The land allotment is located in north-eastern part of the village Dinskaya, micro district \"Severniy\". The realization of the project involves the construction of residential houses, a kindergarten, a multi-level parking, business and shopping centers with a developed infrastructure, landscaping, and engineering support capital construction projects. The project consider the construction of 480 000 sq. km. m of affordable housing, or 4 800 houses with total area of 100 sq.m. Each of the cottages located on the plot of 1000 sq. m. Main groups of consumers – inhabitants of Dinskoy Region, people of Krasnodar region and mostly needed in affordable housing, but modern. |
