Project essence |
Type of construction - new construction. During realization of the project construction of an administrative-industrial block (300-600 m2), blocks (grounds) for a dry-cleaner of interiors of cars (50-100 m2), and parking for motor transport of customers (up to 20places) is supposed. The accomplishment of ad-joining territory (small architectural forms) also is supposed. The construction of access roads, construction of engineering com-munications and delivery of the industrial equipment is provided. |

Following kinds of services of the projected enterprise of a dry-cleaner are planned: - Cleaning clothes (from 17 600 kg up to 35 200 kg/years); - Cleaning curtains, jalousie (1 500 - 1 900 kg/years); - Cleaning carpets and carpet coverings (6 100-13 000 kg/years); - Cleaning soft and leather furniture (100 items/year) |
