Creation of a sports-entertaining complex is planned to carry out on the basis of reconstruction of the village club located in the center of settlement and being state ownership. A total area of a site of the project 1 682 sq.m. The total area of a reconstructed building 300 sq.m. For maintenance of various leisure of the population and visi-tors of settlement at a high level the project arrangement is sup-posed: - A billiard hall; - An exercise room; - The open athletic field; - Dancing and sports halls; - Automobile parking zone on 10 car places. All bonded area from building and coverings equips with modern conveniences by gardening. The high level of rendered services will be provided due to attraction of the highly skilled personnel, presence of the modern equipment, high quality of service. |

The sports-entertaining complex assumes following quantity of visitings in a quarter: Billiard hall - 900 visitings; Dance hall - 2700 visitings; Sports hall - 2700 visitings; Exercise room - 4500 visitings. The planned proceeds from realization of services in a quarter will make 900 thousand rbl. |
