Project essence The project assumes transformation of territory of contemporary seaport to the modern port and resort complex including entertaining, office and industrial constructions which are united by the general aesthetic elements and create a recognized and sign image of a sea gate of the city of Anapa. The project suppose reconstruction of a building of a marina, construction of a hotel complex of the international level 5 *****, modern movie centre, bowling-centers with a parking and a restaurant complex.

Project capacity Marine pessenger terminal building - 1240 sq.m. Hotel complex 5***** - 18 000 sq.m. Multihall cinemacenter - 8300 sq.m. Bowling - center with a parking - 8100 sq.m. Restaurant complex - 5400 sq.m. Total area - 40 600 sq.m.
