Besides it, the device of places for family rest is planned is «the World of motors», the obrazovatelno-technical centre (the educational centre with laboratories), a resort zone with inhabited complexes.

Project capacity The project in a year is calculated on: 1. Services of the centre of technical kinds of sports - 63072 people/day 2. Services of thematic park - 162 people/day 3. Residing services - 154 people/day 4. Public catering services - 736 are compare by the check. 5. Services of rent of golf club - 0,35 drain. 6. Services the educational centre - 12,264 people/day 7. Other (agrotourism, the improving centre) - 14 people/day
